Allison is an award winning, certified IT Software Testing & Quality Assurance Professional with 18 years’ work experience; with a very diverse set of skills in Software Test Management, Agile Scrum Master Coaching, Project Management, and Software Testing Training / Coaching / Mentoring. She has a BA degree in Sociology from Saint Leo University and four IT certifications; DHS Certified 508 Trusted Tester, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Tester Foundation Level and Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library v3. Allison has collaborated with all key project stakeholders to ensure software systems meets customers requirement, defects are found and fixed before scheduled production deployment. In addition, Allison has created, designed, and developed technical course curriculum and trained many of the fundamentals of software testing.
